Samuel Wanda is an Associate in TASLAF Advocates. He possesses practical experience and training in dispute resolution methods, documentation and processes.

He has particular interest in social enterprises and NGO advisory law and also employment, land matters, corporate filings and regulatory, tax and immigration matters.

Having previously trained as a paralegal in leading law firms in Uganda, Wanda has a unique knowledge of court processes and systems and documentation, where he assists the firm partners in delivering timely results for our clients.

  • Assisted Steady Auctioneers in claiming for their professional fees for work they had executed for Global Trust Bank before it had been liquidated by Bank of Uganda. (2017)
  • Assisted Bridge International Academies applying for Judicial review challenging the order of closure of their schools countrywide. (2016)
  • Assisted Bridge International Academies in applying for an interim order and temporary Injunction staying the execution of the High Court Judgment.
  • Assisted in other litigation matters for firm clients as and when it comes in the various courts in the country. (2016)

  • Assisted in full incorporation of over 10 local and 5 international companies who are clients with Quest Advocates. (2016-2017).
